Every role featured in Modern Admin meets four core standards:
💰 Compensation Transparency — if a company knows their budget, so should you
🤝 Culture Check — we look beyond Glassdoor to assess tone & reputation
🗂 Role Integrity — the title should reflect the scope and expectations
🗓️ Recency — preference is given to roles posted within the last ~2 weeks
Because access shouldn’t depend on who you know — but quality still matters.
