ABOUT MODERN ADMIN
Modern Admin is for people who care about how work actually feels.
We’re interested in everything that shapes the day-to-day experience of work — the roles we take, the way teams communicate, the systems we build, the perks we love and all the little decisions that can make a workplace really good (or really not).
We cover the ideas, roles, tools and workplace practices worth knowing about.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Liz Ukpe
I’ve spent the last 20 years working behind the scenes of companies across fashion, finance, tech and startups — supporting executives, building teams, creating culture and generally figuring out how to make work work better.
I started Modern Admin because I’ve always been fascinated by the things that make a workplace somewhere people actually want to be — and because I wanted to create the resource I wish I’d had earlier in my career.
Outside of Modern Admin, you can usually find me writing, obsessing over interiors or looking for yet another vintage item to add to my home.
